The RCBS Hand Priming Tool is quite well made and fits in the hand nicely. It is designed to seat primers safely and consistently while doing the job quickly. The tool uses standard shell holders to grip the case firmly and keep it concentrically located for the seating operation. The tool does not require much effort to use, but still allows primer seating by feel.
