The Rebel 17 Tumbler from Extreme Tumblers is a rugged, heavy duty machine designed to run for quietly for hours on end. The product is built with a rubber lined stainless steel drum for long life. The Rebel 17 uses heavy duty industrial bearings on solid rods. With a capacity of 17 pounds (7.7 Kilos), it should be large enough to handle most batches easily.
We tested the product with 200 308 Winchester cases and a 5 pound bag of STM brand pins. With a pinch of citric acid powder and a couple of tablespoons of washing up liquid, the cases were good after 2 hours of tumbling starting with ‘warm’ water. There are many more advanced formulas out there.
Set up for 230/240 Volts, the Rebel 17 is pre-fitted with convenient on/off switch and pre-fitted with a UK plug.
Very solidly built, weighing in at over 7 Kilograms empty, this Rebel 17 Tumbler will last a very long time. Spare parts, such as belts are available.
This wet tumbler uses stainless steel pins and liquid as tumbling media. Cases come out of the process looking near new.
