The American Bullet Company 55 Grain 224 Diameter FMJ M193 bullet is made to US Military Specifications for use in the 223/5.56 NATO Round.  These bullets have a cannelure and are of full metal jacket design.  They are well made with good bases.

This bullet represents an excellent value for someone looking for a light .224 55 grain bullet for recreational and Civilian Service Rifle Shooting.   The materials used are excellent and the quality is high.  Although not a match bullet, these .224 FMJ bullets have proven to be quite accurate in testing.  Although designed for the 223 Remington cartridge, these 224 M193 bullets would perform well in any 5.56 or 224 centre fire application.

These M193 bullets were designed to work in older slow twist barrels due to their relatively light weight.
